Teaching
I taught/tutored various subjects since high school including mathematics, physics, chemistry, economics and the flute. My first professional teaching experience was in İstanbul Bilgi University as a teaching assistant in 2005-2006. It was an intense work of holding around 10 sections of problem sessions each week and grading. From 2006 to 2012, I worked as a teaching assistant at Rice University both for graduate and undergraduate level courses. Instructorship is not an option for PhD student at Rice University. So, I spent last two summers teaching undergraduate level courses in Bilgi university to gain some experience.
